From Singapore to Melbourne, Sandra brings a world of experience.
With a rich cheffing background spanning across multiple restaurants including Smith & Daughters, Transformer Fitzroy, Green Man's Arms and more.
Through Six-Eyed Scorpion, she delivers an unrivalled passion for seriously killer flavour, diverse culinary tales and vibrant perspectives. Her commitment to her heritage shines through her creations.
Sandra is also a Scorpio star sign, which is what inspired our brand name:
