Metro delivery is within 3-5 business days.
Regional delivery is within 7-10 business days.

No, we currently do not offer a Click & Collect option. However, we are often at markets and are stocked at many store-front locations around Australia.

If the courier attempts to deliver your package without success it will be left at a nearby Post Office for you to collect, or await you to book a redelivery.
Generally, you will have 10 days to collect otherwise it is returned.

We have unable to guarantee anything for packages that fail to be collected by the recipient.
However, we supply each order with a Tracking Number to help avoid this scenario.

Any disputes about the attempted delivery should be raised with courier before contacting us.

If you have supplied the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed as we may still be able to update it.

Please double-check you have given us the correct address as we are unable to provide a solution once the parcel is with the courier.

We double-check that the lids are on tight ‘n’ right before hand-wrapping each jar in eco-friendly honeycomb paper.

These are then shipped in a recyclable cardboard box.

Yes, our recipe is 100% vegan and does not contain any animal products.

No, our recipe does not contain any ingredients that have wheat or gluten.
We use a gluten-free soy sauce.

No, we do not use MSG. Our flavours are that good that we do not need it!

We use 100% non-GMO Australian canola oil.

When choosing our oil base there’s many factors we consider:

Canola oils neutral flavour base allows all our gorgeous aromatics to shine.

We put a huge amount of effort into letting our flavour develop over 48hrs, so we want you to taste this at its fullest! 

➋ AFFORDABILITY 

Other oils would also double our costs, making our products inaccessible for many of our wonderful fans.

➌ DIETARIES

Other alternatives would restrict dietary accomodations (as well as hinder flavour).

➍ HEALTH STUDIES

Recently there has been fear-mongering around seed oils off the back of *animal studies (particularly mice).

This is highly misleading and inapplicable to humans. Much like grapes, avocado and chocolate are toxic to dogs - but great for us!

The *human studies actually have positive findings and benefits, which give us full confidence.

We also believe health can be achieved through balance.

Yes. At least 85% of our ingredients are from Australia, including Australian Non-GMO Canola Oil and Tasmanian Shallots.

We recommend keeping it in the fridge to maintain that heavenly crunch.
However, the product itself is shelf-stable.

Our products have a shelf life of one year from the date of cook, and we make fresh batches every week!
The exact date can be found on the bottom of each jar.
