I GASPED when I saw this at a market. I've been wanting a way to easily reach in and scrape out the last bit of oil in my tall jars. However, the first usage was actually using the spatula end to get into the corners of my food processor. I've since used it for many other random kitchen tasks. It was the only thing that could get out some dried up herb powder in a glass jar I wanted to reuse. Need about 5 more of them so I have a set of six (👁🦂pun intended) I mean it when I say utensil of the year. This baby isn't just for chilli oil! But it has been very good for that too 😉 You can tell this was made by a chef who knows what's needed in the kitchen.
