• Proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• A few clear photos
Our team will review your claim and help process a refund (excluding shipping) or replacement ASAP.
Shipping costs are cannot be refunded if there is an error out of our control. This includes:
1. An invalid address entered at checkout.
2. If an uncollected parcel is returned to us.
Shipping costs cover the handling + delivery process by Australia Post, and is deemed 'provided' once a parcel has been lodged to their facility.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure they have provided the correct delivery details, and/or arranged parcel collection within the required timeframe.
Due to food safety regulations, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
