I've made my own chilli oil for years, eaten all other usual suspects and man I just can't stop coming back to this one. It's tasty and spicy and crispy and adds SO much to every meal. I actually cook a meal at home more often, just because I wanna sprinkle some of this crispy goodness onto it. 10/10. I've bought this BIG jar three times now, after I went through a small jar in 4 weeks (and I was using it sparingly). It's my favourite condiment.
