Just right
I am not a spicy eater but every time I see food with chilli oil it makes me hungry. I saw this oil and it was recommended as being full of flavour not spicy hot. Well I can say I love it. I made the viral dumpling lasagna and placed the oil on top and it made the dish.

Best Chilli Oil ever
I can't stop eating this delicious chilli oil. The shallots absolutely make it. My only suggestion is to create one with crushed prawns. Heaven.
