Upon opening this chilli oil, I put a bit on the end of a teaspoon, just to try...after that it was full teaspoons every time I walked past the jar..I did sprinkle some on food, but mostly I ate it out of the jar. Finished it in 3 days. I crave it...morning and night. LOVE the gluten free, that was my worry, but LOVE it totally!
