Delicious!
This is by far the best tasting crispy chilli oil I have ever tried. The ingredients other than chilli and oil are an amazing blend of umami flavours and I simply cannot get enough of it. I can eat plain white rice and need no additional seasoning, just a slather of the chilli oil. Even my hubby is obsessed, and he is not known for his chilli eating. The extra spicy blend is also very delicious. I would love a "dangerously spicy" version if you are ever thinking of doing it.
